This website, hempwarroom.com (the "Site"), is operated by HEMP (Healthy Evolving Market Patriots) ("HEMP," the "Committee," "we," "us," or "our"), a political organization operating under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code. Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to HEMP.

By visiting the Site, submitting information through it, or otherwise using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the Privacy Policy referenced here. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

PURPOSE OF THE SITE

The Site is an informational and political communications website. It exists to identify the Committee, share information about the Committee's activities, and allow visitors to contact the Committee and opt in to communications. The Site is not an online store, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell goods or services.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS PROGRAM

By providing your contact information, you agree that the Committee may respond to your inquiry. If you expressly opt in to text messages, your participation in the SMS program is governed by the consent language presented at opt-in and the Text Messaging (SMS) Terms in our Privacy Policy, including: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or contribution.

SUBMISSIONS

By submitting information, questions, or other content to us through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant the Committee the right to use lawful submissions for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its contents — including the HEMP name, the Healthy Evolving Market Patriots name, logos, graphics, and text — are the property of the Committee or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site is hosted on the Shopify platform and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Committee. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

POLITICAL DISCLAIMER

HEMP (Healthy Evolving Market Patriots) is a political organization operating under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code. Communications from the Committee are not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
